线路特色：海螺沟简介 冰川自然有冰了，冰川的分布要么是地球高纬度的地区，要么是靠近世界第三极的喜玛拉雅地区，然而中国内陆的四川境内，却也有一条冰川，它就是位于贡嘎山东麓的海螺沟冰川森林公园，它不仅是亚洲最东部、低纬度的冰川，而且也是海拔只有2850米的陆地海洋性冰川，最奇特的是在冰川旁边还有高达79℃的高温温泉和茂密的原始森林。海螺沟冰川森林公园位于沪定县磨西镇境内贡嘎山东坡，距沪定县城53公里。四川省甘孜州东南部，贡嘎山东坡，是青藏高原东缘的极高山地。海螺沟风景区是亚洲东部海拔最低；离大城市最近的、最容易进入的低海拔现代海洋性冰川，生态完整的原始森林和高山沸、热、温、冷泉为一体构成的综合型旅游风景区。海螺沟冰川又称一号冰川，全长14.7公里，是贡嘎山71条冰川中最长的一条，面积16平方公里，最高海拔6750米，最低海拔仅2850米，沿纵向呈三级台阶：粒雪盆，冰川的孕育地；大冰瀑布，宽500—1100米，高1080米，是我国迄今发现的最高大、最壮观的冰川瀑布；冰川舌，伸入原始森林达6公里，形成冰川于森林共存的奇绝景观。海螺沟冰川活动性最强，在冰川的运动中，形成晶莹如翡翠、水晶的冰川弧拱、冰洞、冰阶梯、冰门、冰湖、冰峰。
 康定，是甘孜藏族自治州州府所在地，是全州政治、经济、文化中心。县城海拔2600米。距省会成都市328公里。“跑马溜溜的山上，一朵溜溜的云，端端溜溜的照在，康定溜溜的城”。康定，因一首《康定情歌》名扬中外。古城康定坐落在跑马山下，折多河奔腾穿城而过，与北来的雅拉河聚汇于郭达山下开成“三山环抱，二水夹流”的景观。康定周围温泉成群，高山湖泊众多，被人们称为多泉、多桥、多湖泊的地方。
 稻城县位于四川西南边缘，甘孜藏族自治州南部。南北长174公里，东西宽63公里。境内最高海拔6032米，最低海拔2000米，垂直高差达4032米。县城海拔3750米。稻城东南与凉山州木里县接壤，西界乡城县并与云南省中甸县毗邻，北连甘孜州理塘县。稻城高原是由横断山系的贡嘎雪山和海子山组成。两大山脉坐落南北，约占全县面积的三分之一。地形，北高南低，西高东低，群山起伏，重峦叠嶂，逶迤莽苍。稻城是世界的风光宝库，是野生动物、植物的天然乐园，更是人们心目中的香格里拉。
 亚丁——神山、溪流和满山的秋色稻城之旅的精华所在，是亚丁自然保护区——念青贡嘎日松贡布神山景区。从县城驱车83公里来到风景如画的日瓦乡，峡谷里雪白湍急的溪流瀑布，从黄到金到浅红、深红的一层层的灌木丛会伴你6个小时的行程。到达秀丽宁静的亚丁村，就进入景区了。景区主体是三座呈品字形排列的雪峰：北峰仙乃日（观音菩萨峰）、南峰央迈勇（文殊菩萨峰）、东峰夏诺多吉（金刚手菩萨峰），在世界佛教24圣地中排名第十一位，是藏族人心目中真正的净土。一生当中至少来一次这儿朝拜，是每一个藏人的夙愿。从景区的大本营冲古寺到络绒牛场一路骑马沿着湍急的河谷穿行，头顶有着各位菩萨美名的连绵雪峰在亲切地俯瞰着你，山山水水全都有了生命似的让你感动不已。牛场是一片平坦的草场沼泽，如展翅雄鹰般的央迈勇峰倒影在碧蓝的一汪水里。栓好马从这里开始向牛奶海和五色海进发，行过峡谷灌木林涉过溪流沼泽，在难以言喻的壮美风光、显得尤为漫长的时光里抵抗着高原反应在烂泥山路上攀登，当登上高山，两个蓝得圣洁无比的海子终于扑入视野时，滚烫的泪珠不禁夺眶而出……由于海拔很高，有时一天之内气候变化万千，忽晴忽雨，晨昏的云雾里仙子出浴般的雪峰，蒸腾着岫烟的森林，霞光里雪山闪耀的金辉，山峦谷地上层层叠叠、五彩斑斓的红黄绿相杂的树木，倒影着雪峰的碧澄的海子，草甸上木屋旁悠闲的牛羊，还有穿梭于草甸林间的潺潺溪流，山岚里飘着赶马人的藏歌，让你晃如置身仙境之中，忘了归处。那里还是一个自然景色中雪山、冰川、峡谷、森林、草甸、湖泊、金矿及纯净空气的汇萃地，是美、明朗、安然、闲逸、知足、宁静、和谐等一切人类最美好理想的归宿，那里没有贫穷，没有困苦，没有疾病，没有仇恨与死亡，只有花常开水常绿，庄稼总在等待收割，甜蜜的果子总挂在枝头。正因为拥有这些，“香格里拉”的传说，才象谜一样吸引着千千万万的信徒香客，也吸引着西方世界的探险家。
 丹巴县位于甘孜州东部。东与阿坝州小金县接壤，东南和南部与康定县交界，西与道孚县毗邻，北和东北面与阿坝州金川县相连。面积 4721平方公里，县城海拔1800米。
丹巴，是我们正在建设的中国人文、生态旅游第一州给世界的一张名片，是嘉绒藏族风情文化的中心。地处甘孜州东大门，东可进入大九寨环线，西可进入大香格里拉环线，是四川省旅游西环线上的重要承接点和重要景区之一。交通便利，四条油路四季通达。气候宜人，环境舒适，冬无严寒，夏无酷暑，年均气温14.2℃。文化积淀深厚，中路古遗址表明数千年前嘉绒藏族先民便在此繁衍生息，并创造了举世罕见的石室建筑文化，自古便有“千碉之国”的美誉。嘉绒藏寨依山而卧，白色主调与绿茸般的背景巧妙搭配，把神秘的古老风水学说与浓厚的宗教文化底蕴融为一体，达到了“天人合一”的最佳境界，人称“童话世界”。自然风光神奇美丽，“天然盆景”、党岭风光，集雪山、森林、海子、温泉、草甸于一体；墨尔多神山，纳山、水、林、崖、洞108圣景于一炉，是休闲度假、探险旅游、回归自然的最佳去处。
深厚的文化积淀、秀丽的山水，养育了丹巴一代又一代玉雕佳丽，因此丹巴又称“美人谷”。西夏皇族后裔的血质禀赋，唐代“东女国”的遗风流韵，明清宫廷服饰的浓妆素裹，嘉绒藏族传统歌舞的锦上添花，使丹巴姑娘与众不同。山水间嘉绒锅庄的悠悠长调、晒场里丹巴藏戏的古老神秘、古碉下成人仪式的庄重典雅、草甸上赛马盛会的粗犷豪放，展示出一幅幅绚丽多彩的嘉绒藏族风情图。
 四姑娘山地处小金县与汶川县交界处，由横断山脉中四座毗连的山峰组成，根据当地藏民的传说，为四个美丽的姑娘所化，因而得名。主峰幺妹峰海拨6250米，山体陡峭，直指蓝天，冰雪覆盖，银光照人。溪沟呈南北向穿行于山峡谷之中，纵深10至数十公里。这里有高原特有的洁净蓝天，皑皑白雪，并与奇峰异树、飞瀑流泉、草甸溪流交融成一幅奇异景观。其中双桥沟纵深30余公里，峡谷时宽时窄，宽阔处可达数公里，斜坡上覆以广阔的草坪，溪流婉蜒其间，两岸沙棘树丛生宛似一条绿色长龙绵延长达数公里。而每当金秋，树叶转红，又是一番景色。位于长坪及海子两沟深处的四姑娘山，海拔6250米，终年积雪，直插蓝天，蔚为壮观。
 四姑娘山以雄峻挺拔闻名，山体陡峭，直指蓝天，冰雪覆盖，银光照人。山麓森林茂密，绿草如茵，清澈的溪流潺潺不绝，宛如一派秀美的南欧风光，人称“中国的阿尔卑斯”。四姑娘山位于小金县和汶川县交界处，由横断山脉中四座毗连的山峰组成，根据当地藏民的传说，是四个冰清玉洁的姑娘的化生，因而得名四姑娘山。四位姑娘中，以幺妹四姐为最高，海拔6250米，大姐、二姐、三姐分别为5025米，5276米，5355米，她们肩并肩，常年头顶白云，肩披冰川，腰系翠森，一个个冰洁玉润，清丽俊俏，她们又被称为“蜀山之后”。美的山峰、美的沟壑、美的行云、美的流水、不愧为国家级风景名胜区。近年来已成为中外登山者常来的旅游胜地。四姑娘山风景区主要由四座相连的山峰以及三条游览沟组成：双桥沟、长坪沟、海子沟。每条沟都有不同的景致，而在三条沟中，只有长坪沟和海子沟可以观看到四座山峰的全景。
 四姑娘山风光美，四姑山的风情更美。四姑娘山风景区位于阿坝藏族羌族自治州小金县日隆乡境内，面积2000余平方公里，由四姑娘山、巴郎山和双桥沟、长坪沟、海子沟等几部分组成，距成都220公里。这里历史悠久，风景区内居住着藏、羌、回、汉等民族，藏族嘉戎文化源远流长，那古老动人的神话传说，热烈隆重的祭祀庆典，悠扬悦耳的山歌，矫健欢快的锅庄，片石垒就的寨楼，热情好客的村民，还有香喷喷的青稞酒、酥油茶... ...构成了一幅幅浓郁的风土人情画卷。是一处景致奇特、风光绚丽、生态原始、别具情韵的风景区，也是集登山、滑雪、游览、摄影、绘画、科考于一体的综合景区。

1、 技术装备：雪杖两只。
2 露营装备：高山帐（双人帐）一顶、高山汽炉一只、含高山燃料一瓶、不粘套锅一套、65升以上露营包、羽绒睡袋（1500克以上）、防潮垫一个。
3 御寒装备：冲锋衣裤一套、抓绒衣裤一套、防水面料登山鞋一双、、雪套一付、棉毛袜子（数双）、防水手套一双（带抓绒内层）、防风头套、太阳帽一顶、太阳镜一面。
4 其它个人用品：摄影器材、常用药品、雪镜、餐具、头灯（含若干电池）、保温水壶、日用洗漱用品、火柴或火机、刀具、雨具、换洗内衣裤、卫生纸、防冻霜、防晒霜、求生哨、指南针、个人特殊用品等。
公用装备：GPS卫星定位系统、对讲机、地图、开山刀、攀登绳、公用照明灯、救生衣、急救包……等。
友情提醒：建议穿软底防滑鞋，宽松长袖衣、裤，遮阳帽、雨具、毛巾、厚手套，手电筒，准备一定数量的干粮（以高能量、压缩类、咸类为主）和足够的水。

1、年龄须在18周岁-55周岁，户外活动谢绝儿童参加。
2、高血压、心脏病等疾病患者谢绝参加。
3、登山爱好者不得乱扔垃圾，不破坏自然环境，注意森林防火。
4、因户外活动有较多不可预知因素，参加活动者必须服从领队的指挥。
5、请报名参加者正确评估活动中存在的危险（活动前俱乐部会替预先报名的队员购买意外伤害险）。

第十五天：（13日） 成都市—重庆，晚住：重庆
第十六天：（14日）坐9点飞机返回福州。晚住自已的老窝。
